Fully automatic capping machine, Type GKV
Fully automatic capping machine with one screw and/or pressure capping spindle. The capping spindle is equipped with a SERVO driven motor for high flexibillity and easy adjustment of the closing parameters (speed, torque, etc.). The packaging material or products are fed by a separate transport conveyor and inline automatic separated and positioned by quick exchangeable format parts. The products stay inline during this operation, or for higher capacity machines in a separate star wheel. The caps are automatically fed by an elevator with hopper and positioning turning disc to the capping machine. The GKV capper is especially designed for delicate products as well as bottles, jars and cans for medium till high capacity capping.

Fully automatic capping machine with one screw and/or pressure capping spindle. The capping spindle is equipped with pneumatic air driven motor and can be optional equipped with a Servo motor for high flexibillity and easy adjustment of the closing parameters (speed, torque, etc.). The packaging material or products are fed by a separate transport conveyor and inline automatic separated and positioned by quick exchangeable format parts. The products stay inline during this operation, or for higher capacity machines in a separate star wheel. The caps are automatically fed by a high flexible elevator with hopper to the capping machine. The DS capper is especially designed for flexibillity at small to medium size production runs.
